If you decide to change your mind about an order, you will receive a refund in the form of a online store credit minus any processing fees.

Refunds are only available before the order has been shipped. Since orders are dispatched in 1-2 business day, please ensure your refund request is made within 6 hours of purchase.

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, products must be returned in their original condition, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned items, you will receive a refund in the form of online store credit, minus any processing fees.

Topspin Pickleball New Zealand does not offer refunds for balls based on personal preference, such as their bounce or play characteristics. Neither will we provide refund because change of mind.  Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse any refund requests for balls purchased.

Most paddles hold a 6 to 12 month Warranty, excluding any deliberate damages.  Any manufacture defects please let us know asap via info@topspinpickleball.co.nz
